Her background spans Fortune 500 leadership roles, the founding of a successful marketing consultancy, and the creation of a private equity–backed wireless infrastructure company—where she partnered with investors to lead the business for nearly a decade and continues to serve as a board member overseeing a $50M+ portfolio.
In her consulting and coaching practice, Courtney works with executives, founders, and financially established women who are navigating high-stakes decisions—whether in the boardroom or behind closed doors. Her specialties include executive and leadership coaching, strategic advisory for founder-led and PE-backed companies, and private coaching for women navigating high-conflict divorce or emotionally complex relationships.
Courtney holds a B.S. in International Affairs and an M.B.A. from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
